Refund Policy

We give our best to ensure complete satisfaction to our clients but in case, any client is not entirely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take approximately 14 working days to process and it will be refunded in same account provided at the time of purchase and in the case of Payment Gateway, payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

Terms and Conditions

  • Full refund can only be made when the request has been made in the first 15 days from the date of order, and if and only if the project has not been started by the technicians, consultant etc.
  • You are eligible for a refund only one time. If you’ve requested or had a refund before then you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Email Number Support reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time without any notice.
  • There are no refunds on the the third party purchases that you or we have done for your project.
  • A partial refund can be provided to you for our services in case if a client provides a valid reason regarding an unsatisfactory service.
  • No refund is applicable in case of your project has been completed. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the completion of the project.
